A salute and thanks to this land of Refrontolo, that after thousands of years evolution since the Tertiary period, was enriched with precious substances and is now generously bringing forth our Prosecco wine.
This is a good land. A land that owes its physical configuration to the Dolornites glacier that carne down in prirneval times, giving the beautiful hills an amphitheatre shape. It is from these very hills, belonging to Colsaliz, that we produce a wonderful Prosecco spumante, with an outstanding complexity of flavours: ripe fruit, like apple and pear, and citrus fruit, but also flowery flavours, especially rose, to end up with a pleasant aftertaste reminding of glazed almonds. The soft, convincing taste, hacked up by a very fine perlage, expands in the rnouth after a long sip.
A very versatile spumante wine, our Prosecco , and is an excelient aperitif for any occasion, even the most exclusive ones; as a dinner wine, it can be served throughout the meal. and goes equally \vell with fish and light meat.
