Certainly the most modern Prosecco, best known at international level. The vines grow high up on the hill, for more aroma and especially higher acidity, a key element for long bottle lite. It goes through a second fermentation, reducing the wine’s sugars to produce a dry, brisk spumante.
Its success and delicacy are due to a combination of citrus and fresh vegetables scent that, together with a pleasant hint of bread, gives a lovely, intense palate sensation. With its fine, persistent bubbles it’s excellent throughout the meal and suitable for any occasion, even the most demanding ones.
Serve cool at 6-8° C.
