PROSECCO DOC TREVISO SPUMANTE MILLESIMATO EXTRA DRY


A different Prosecco is produced on the hills north-west of Treviso. Its grapes grow on rather high hills and take longer to mature, giving it a fuller aromatic character and acidity, especially malic acidity, best suited for preservation. It’s a well balanced spumante, with a suave, persistent structure and bitterish aftertaste to enhance its features, making it quite articulate and complete. The ‘presa di spuma’ process is carried out in autoclaves at fermentation temperatures
not exceeding 16° C.Thanks to its particular qualities, it is quite well suited and appreciated to accompany flsh starters, seafood and light meat dishes. but it can even be enjoyed, as tradition commands in its own production area, as a superb table wine.

Serve cool at 6-8° C.
